Dr Ho Hin Leung (Eugene) is a Consultant Geriatrician and Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP). He is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centred care to older adults and takes a holistic approach to managing complex medical conditions associated with ageing.
Dr Leung works closely with patients and their families to support independence, optimise function, and enhance quality of life throughout the ageing journey.
Dr Leung graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). He completed his advanced training in geriatric medicine at Campbelltown Hospital, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, and Concord Hospital, gaining extensive experience in the assessment and management of complex health issues affecting older adults.
He is currently a Staff Specialist at Nepean Hospital and a Visiting Medical Officer at Katoomba Hospital. Dr Leung developed an interest in geriatric medicine early in his medical career and remains committed to delivering comprehensive, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s individual needs and goals.
His clinical interests include dementia diagnosis and management, falls prevention, osteoporosis, depression in later life, and the care of patients living with chronic geriatric syndromes. He is passionate about helping older adults maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeing while supporting families through the challenges associated with ageing and cognitive decline.
