We are a private billing medical practice. Payment is required on the day of your consultation. Eligible Medicare rebates can be processed online and refunded directly to your nominated bank account.

Yes. Telehealth consultations are available for eligible patients and can support continuity of care between in-person visits. In most cases, a face-to-face consultation within the last 12 months is required to be eligible for Medicare-rebated telehealth services.
