Healthy employees contribute to safer, more productive workplaces. Castle Medical provides occupational health assessments that help employers meet compliance obligations, identify health risks early and ensure workers are fit for the inherent requirements of their role.

Our Workplace Health Services Team works with organisations across a wide range of industries, delivering practical, role-specific medical assessments before employment and throughout an employee’s career. Services are aligned with relevant Australian Standards where applicable and support informed employment decisions and ongoing employee wellbeing.

What to Expect.

Our workplace health assessments are tailored to your organisation, industry and the specific requirements of each role.

Book an Assessment

We work with your organisation to determine the appropriate assessment based on the position, workplace risks and compliance requirements.

Attend Your Medical

Employees complete the required medical assessments, which may include musculoskeletal screening, audiometry, spirometry, colour vision testing, immunisation review, drug and alcohol testing, Rail Medicals or Wellbeing360 assessments.

Clinical Review

Our experienced healthcare team assesses the results, identify any workplace health concerns and arrange additional tests or referrals if required.
