Pooja Solanki completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Amity University in India and is a fully registered AHPRA physiotherapist and member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. She is passionate about helping patients recover from injury, improve movement and achieve better long-term physical wellbeing through personalised physiotherapy care.
Over the past decade, Pooja has gained extensive experience working across private practices and hospital settings. She has a strong clinical interest in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions, workplace and sports injuries, and geriatric rehabilitation. Her treatment approach focuses on hands-on therapy techniques including joint mobilisation, soft tissue mobilisation and individually tailored exercise programs. She also offers one-on-one Pilates sessions and is a certified mat and reformer Pilates instructor. Pooja has a particular passion for women’s health and plans to further her studies in women’s health physiotherapy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, exploring new restaurants, watching movies and staying active through fitness.
