James graduated in Podiatry from Curtin University and has extensive experience working across both hospital and private healthcare settings. He enjoys all aspects of podiatry and is passionate about helping patients improve mobility, function and long-term foot health through evidence-based care.
James began his career with the National University Hospital in Singapore, where he became the consulting podiatrist to the Orthopaedics and Paediatrics departments. He later worked as a Senior Podiatrist with the High Risk Foot Clinic at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Perth and also served as a clinical supervisor within the university clinical program. James has a special interest in children’s foot conditions and has published research relating to rotational disorders in children’s legs. He also has interests in sports podiatry and podiatric surgery and has performed a wide range of surgical procedures throughout his career. James has completed a Master’s degree and holds advanced qualifications in paediatrics, biomechanics and podiatric medicine.
