Bianca is a Registered Psychologist with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, from children aged five years through to adulthood. She is passionate about helping people overcome psychological challenges and improving overall wellbeing through compassionate, evidence-based and personalised care.
Bianca completed a double major in Psychology and Health Studies at Macquarie University before continuing her studies with Honours and a Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Psychology. She has experience treating a wide range of psychological concerns including adjustment disorder, depression, grief and loss, addiction, stress, anxiety, trauma, behavioural difficulties and interpersonal challenges.
Bianca also has particular expertise in health behaviour change and psychological approaches to pain management. Throughout her career, she has worked across private practice, Income Protection, Workers Compensation and Medicare schemes and has experience providing counselling support, risk management and crisis response services.
Bianca is trained in a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. She believes in a holistic biopsychosocial approach to mental health and works collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to create tailored treatment and management plans that support each individual’s needs and goals.
