Health Assessment

A preventative health assessment designed to identify early risk factors, support healthy lifestyle choices, and help protect your long-term wellbeing.

Why Health Assessment Matter.

Preventative healthcare focuses on identifying risks early and helping prevent chronic disease before it develops. Your 40s can be an important time to review your health, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing.

Preventative healthcare focuses on identifying risks early and helping prevent chronic disease before it develops. Your 40s can be an important time to review your health, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing.

The 45–49 Preventative Health Assessment is available for eligible patients and provides a comprehensive review of your current health and future risk factors. This assessment may include checks for blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar levels, weight, skin health, family history, lifestyle habits, and mental wellbeing. By identifying concerns early, we can support better long-term health outcomes through personalised advice, preventative screening, and proactive care.

What to Expect.

Your preventative health assessment is designed to give you a clearer understanding of your health and support early intervention where needed.

Before your appointment

You may be asked to bring details about your medical history, current medications, family history, and any recent test results if available.

During the assessment

Your doctor or nurse will review your overall health, lifestyle factors, and key risk areas. This may include blood pressure checks, weight and BMI measurements, blood tests, and discussions around preventative screening.

Personalised preventative care

We’ll discuss your results and provide practical recommendations to help reduce your risk of future illness, including lifestyle advice, screening, and follow-up care where appropriate.

Ongoing health support

Ongoing monitoring or preventative care is recommended, we’ll help you stay on track with future health checks, screenings, and personalised healthcare planning.
