Shireesha is a Ayurvedic professional with 10 years of experience in Ayurveda practice with a formal Bachelor Degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery obtained from Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, India.  Shireesha has experience in panchakarma.

Shireesha is also a professional member of the Australasian Association of Ayurveda Inc.

Shireesha is from Telangana, a southern state of India. She inherited Ayurvedic expertise from her family holding Ayurvedic consultancy for generations. Shireesha has worked overseas as a medical officer in the government and private sectors. She conducted several medical camps in villages and treated many people with chronic diseases and supplied free Ayurvedic Medicine that helped in bringing people more close towards healing in a natural way. She worked as a consultant in Ayurjyoti super-specialty Ayurvedic Hospital for 4 consecutive years.

She is currently volunteering as a Scripture Teacher in the Australian public sector, in public school to teach Hindu Scripture, Indian culture and Indian ancient medicine-Ayurveda, to bring awareness among the kids and parents.

Being a mother of two boys and a full-time homemaker as well, she believes that Ayurvedic principles are important to attaining better health for individuals, families, and society.

Shireesha is always dedicated and passionate about her career. Her deep roots in Ayurveda, intuitive skills in consultation and amiable interaction has helped her to provide apt and effective advice to her patients. She is very experienced in using the wisdom of Ayurvedic herbal combination and different massages, detox therapies for healing from the root causes of imbalance or diseases. She provides an integrated approach in preventing and treating illnesses.

The goal of treatment is to cleanse your body of undigested food, which can stay in your body and leads to illness, the cleansing process is called panchakarma, it is designed according to the patient’s needs to reduce symptoms and restore harmony and balance. She also has experience in dealing with joint disorders, lifestyle disorders, obesity, menstrual disorders, wellness care, and Ayurvedic detox. She specialises in creating customised treatment plans so that you can start experiencing a higher level of energy and vitality in your daily life.

Shireesha believes that the great thing about Ayurveda is that the treatment always yields side benefits, not side effects. Ayurveda is not just about nutrition or herbs, it has a unique tool for diagnosis. The diagnosis of understanding the human constitution is different from person to person, each one has a unique metabolic system, so as per the needs of patient-specific herbs, and their combinations and specific panchakarma therapies administered.
