- Mon-Fri: 9:00am to 8:00pm
- Sat: 9:00am to 4:00pm
- Sun: 9:00am to 3:00pm
Home Visits
Home visits are available for regular patients who live within a 2km radius of the centre and whose condition prevents them from attending the medical centre. Should you require a home visit during practice hours, please phone (02) 7808 0810 and ask to speak with your nursing staff to make arrangements.
Calling your GP
Your GP will try to take your call but may be away or busy with patients. Please let us know if it is urgent.
Medical Certificates
You must make an appointment to get a medical certificate and, we regret they cannot be backdated.
Recalls & Reminders
To ensure the safety of our patients we have a very robust system for recalls and reminders. The recall system enables us to contact you regarding any healthcare issues that require follow up with your GP. The reminder system – as the name suggests – enables us to remind you of future actions that need to be taken for your medical wellbeing. This would include matters such as annual check-ups, care planning, and immunisations..

- We’ve extended our operating hours to increase access and availability of patient care.
- We understand that making online appointments can be a challenge due to the limited number of GPs currently available. As such, we have increased the availability of walk-in appointments to ensure that our patients receive continuity of care.
