Dr Cheng obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with honours from the University of New South Wales in 2002 and became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2006. She has over 20 years of clinical experience across major hospitals and general practice and is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centred care.
Prior to joining the practice in 2010, Dr Cheng worked as a GP in Bangor, Campbelltown and Port Macquarie. She has extensive experience caring for patients across all stages of life and values building strong long-term relationships within the community. Dr Cheng also holds a Diploma of Child Health as well as a Certificate in Sexual Health and Family Planning. Her clinical interests include child health, women’s health, preventive healthcare, sexual health and chronic disease management. She is committed to helping patients achieve better long-term health outcomes through evidence-based and holistic care.
