Add beef strips to marinade, toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Add 1 Tablespoon of oil to wok, heat over medium-high heat.
Stir fry beef in batches, until browned and place in a bowl.
Heat the other Tablespoon of oil, add onion, cook until softened.
Add zucchini, capsicum, mushrooms to wok, stir fry until tender.
Add beef to wok again and combine.
Add pak choy and stir fry until leaves are wilted.
Serve with brown rice or rice noodles and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.
